Ages: 5 to 15
Season: August through November 2012 (see schedule below)
Registration: starting April 2012
Fee: $60 plus additional fees for costumes

Registration opens for new participants May 1, 2012.  Registration is on a first-come, first served basis.

You may turn your packet in with payment at the PAL Office, 350 Amber Drive, Room 203, San Francisco, CA  94131 or come to one of the following registration events at Hamilton Recreation Center:

Launched 25 years ago in partnership with the football program, The PAL Seahawks Cheer and Dance team is coached by 20 volunteers, many alumnae of the program themselves, that serve 60 coed cheerleaders in the Western Addition.  For each of the last eight years Seahawks Dance teams have competed and won titles at the Pop Warner National Competition in Orlando, Florida.  In Fall 2012, the PAL Seahawks Cheerleaders will be joining the American Youth Football League.

March 13, 2012:  PAL Seahawks to join the largest and fastest growing youth football and cheer/dance program in the U.S. — the American Youth Football League (AYFL)
